Shanti have been performing since Oli and Phoebe met in London. Their chemistry was instant and plays out in their songs and their stage performances. Playing function sets, they developed their own material in between jobs, university and travelling. In their upcoming album, their influences are evident as an amalgam of Stevie Nicks, David Gilmour, Blondie and Rory Gallagher. Oli and Phoebe write their own songs.
